Bluegrass Newsmedia is seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to join our team for a 12-week paid internship based at the Danville Advocate-Messenger office in Danville, Kentucky.
Applicants must live in or attend school in one of the following Kentucky counties:
Anderson, Bath, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Franklin, Harrison, Jessamine, Madison, Magoffin, Montgomery or Morgan.
Internship Details
12-week internship
$15 per hour
Total compensation of approximately $3,500
Comprehensive training provided on all company platforms
Responsibilities Include:
Advertising entry using Brainworks software
Digital advertising uploads and placement
Ad proofing and quality control
Contest administration for multiple newspapers
Collections support for the newspaper group
Other sales support duties as assigned
This internship provides valuable experience in newspaper and digital media operations and offers the potential to grow into a full-time position with the company.
